Fairly negative customer service from a man behind the counter on my right as I faced the counter, today. After asking about whether they might consider buying a top of the line 2021 enclosed trailer at the suggestion of the Sales Manager at Moix RV, the man sort of dismissed me as though I was wasting his time.

I then suggested that I was interested in looking at some of their inventory of motorcycles before heading next door to Toad Suck Harley Davidson. He sort of dismissed me then too. I subsequently left.

I wonder why some people even work in retail. At least the thin young gentleman who initiated conversation had some manners. I wonder how many other potential customers have been repelled by this behavior.

I could've easily purchased a motorcycle in cash. Kind of sad, because Moix has so many great employees, especially at the RV dealership nearby.

I was in need of a trailer to get a used tractor home. That I bought from an individual. Mike was very helpful and I purchased a 20ft Texas Bragg from them. I am very happy about the service and the trailer from them!

Went looking for a Kioti fuel filter.
The tractor is a 2016 model. Not very old, but apparently not a lot of parts avail. They had all the other filters, just not this particular one.
The shop attendants were very nice. They spent a lot of time looking for the part I needed. I would recommend this store.

A good mechanic if he went to school and paid attention should be able to work on, repair, and fix any thing that has a 2 cycle engine. Regardless of what company it's made by. Not just the companies he sells.
