As a business owner myself, I am floored that this car wash is still in business. In the adolescent stages of this car wash opening, I met the owner and discussed with him the business model for the car wash and where the concept was derived. They are using a model business plan from Florida. He was excited for the venture to start, and I was excited for the community and for him as a business owner. This particular location is 1 of the 6 and he owns 1 of them.
Since the opening, I have attempted to use this car wash 3 times. I have bought the $40 monthly plan twice and just recently bought the $30 plan. Disappointment at every level. This poorly managed car wash will not receive my business or anyone else's business in the Prescott and Prescott Valley area if I have anything to say about it.
They sold me a $40 plan and did not tell me that a part of the cleaning process was not working because of missing parts. So, needless to say, the front of my truck was not able to get clean. Their solution was for me to continue to pay and use the car wash and wait for the parts that would clean the front of my truck. Two months later, it was still not fixed. So, I cancelled and did not attempt to go back for a year and a half.
Second try at $40, was my girlfriend's car. She drives up to Prescott twice a month. She wants a clean car, and she passes the car wash on the way to my house. Bought her the monthly and again, the car was not clean. I guess they had another problem with the equipment. We were disappointed because its location is perfect for her. I use Ocean Blue now, because I am in town on a daily and I can count on the Ocean Blue having a clean facility, friendly employees and A CLEAN TRUCK!!!! But for her, she is never in town.
Eric, the manager was rude and upset that we were not happy with the bad car wash she received and was extremely out of line with us. The other employee at the time was very nice and she told us that she would contact us as soon as the car wash was fully operational. She did and we attempted for a third time. On that note, it is important to know that Eric's lack of customer service was so ridiculous, that we requested a call from the owner. GUESS WHAT....we never heard from him.
Now it's the third attempt to support a local entrepreneur that did not call us back, that has a non-service hearted manager, and now....no towels in order to dry off the car.
The manager Eric was at the pay station when we arrived. We told me that we would like to pay the monthly plan and asked him what the difference was between the $30 and $40 plan concerning the wax versus the conditioner. Eric's reply was: " Dude, I really honestly don't know."
Not a good salesperson!!!!
Washed the car and needed to go inside to sign the monthly document and get some towels in order to dry the car off from the left-over water spots that the dryer cannot dry. We were told that they had no towels and that they were sick of people taking them and that the used towels had not been washed yet. We asked how we could dry the car, and the young girl said she did not know and that she would get the manager. So, Eric (The MANAGER) said there was not a solution, and we told him that we were upset that we just signed a monthly membership and have no way of having a clean looking car with no towels available to us. WE TOLD THEM THAT WE WANTED OUR MONEY BACK AND WE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER. THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. AND ERIC... (the manager), told us that they would like it if we cancelled our membership and to not come back.
What do you think about those apples everyone Please do not support this business.
