I have lived here over 10 years. And my experience over the years has been very positive. It's home for me. Tom and Cindy have been very helpful and wonderful to me over the time. Thank you. I recommend MVRV Park.

$65 and they don't take credit cards. Thank god because as we left we drove through and what a dump, it looks like a homeless camp

Drove through looking for long term stay, but the place looks run down with many rv’s looking horrible and rotting. Lots of them look like hoarders. We didn’t get a good or safe vibe at all.

Paid for a month and ended up leaving after a week due to my company changing work locations. Notified the office and checked out. Received a phone call informing me that my deposit refund check was in the mail to me. Total of $850. I received a check for $761 with no explanation why it was short $89. They are crooks and I will not recommend them ever.

It's a cozy little park surrounded by trees and hills with a little Creek that goes along side of it (mostly dry except rainy season). Prices are competitive for the area. They offer mostly long term stays, but do offer over night if space is available. Clean showers and restrooms. No clubhouse and no pool...even though their flyer lists them as amenities. Owner offers a weekly sermon for those who may want some religion on Sundays. Cool breeze whips up every afternoon and cools the park down.

I'm living here and it's OK it's just that it's been a year and already have a increase in the rent, and that doesn't include any utilities. It can be very expensive if you don't monitor your statement every month
