I have been using Monument Motors before they were Monument Motors I met them at Ford and followed them all over town. Well, to their current huge building, anyway.

I never am concerned that I might be lied to or cheated. I actually trust them more than I have trusted 3 of my 4 brothers.

Not even honest to a fault. They are just totally honest. They won't promise they can fix something that needs attention from a different auto repair business.

My 1998 Dodge Dakota truck got messed up driving back and forth at King of the Hammers last year.I knew there was a power steering fluid leak, but that is all I knew. So I kept adding fluid. Hey, I'm a girl. If it needs fluid, I'll give it fluid.

KOH is coming up next week. I need to make sure that my truck can get me there and home each day. I dropp off my truck last week sometime, and told Brandon what *I* a mere female thought was the problem, but what do I know?

Yes! I was correct on the hose to the power steering fluid container needing to be replaced, Yes!

What I didn't know because I am NOT a mechanic is that the major issue was the rack and pinion. It was leaking fluid and needed replacing. Ouch. It costs $$ to replace. I had saved my KOH money so I could get my truck checked out. I just said, "okay. replace it. I have KOH money I have been saving for the truck."

I picked my truck up today. It was so nice to have it back again. Oh, and Brandon got my wiper fluid situation repaired. Danged rodents had chewed them all up.

Take your vehicles to Monument Motors, I know there are good mechanics in the Morongo Basin. I do 't know f they are 'gooder' than Monument Motors, though.

Guys and Gals, you can trust Brandon and Monument Motors to be honest with you about what your vehicle(s) need to have done. No upselling, fo throwing in a few odd and ends repairs or replacements.

I've been trusting them since before forever, and I'd like you to trust them also

These guys are the best!
Honest locals who have built their business on referral and retention in the realest of ways. When we moved here (2017) our friend said to go see Justin for an honest answer on my car and from that day on this is our shop. You get what you pay for and please don’t be rude cause you are welcome to go somewhere else. This is a solid amazing spot and we are grateful to have our forever shop in our forever spot.
No they don’t do tires or glass.

It only takes one time for any business to show you their true colors. I have made many reviews of business honest work, I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I actually enjoyed their service the first time. I brought my vehicle a second time, I don't know what happened, but I know for sure they didn't test run my vehicle after they've worked on it...

I called Justin about my situation & he told me something about how my extended warranty didn't pay their share & because of that he can't take a look at my car, which I understood.

I took it upon myself to contact my party to pay monument motor for their service. So after I contacted my party & straightened the situation, I contacted Justin & updated him.... He didn't even bother to ask about when I can bring in my car for a look, he hasn't even called me?

And now my car is leaking radiator fluid, something they had worked on. I'm not dumb if I bring it back y'all gonna say it's something new, blah blah blah.

Took my car in a couple weeks ago. Spent over $1500 and issues were not resolved. Had to get the car towed back to the shop. They refused to return calls after three days. (I should have taken it to a Mercedes dealership to begin with.) I highly don’t recommend. I still don’t have my car.

While on vacation a headlamp on our vehicle burned out. We grabbed the replacement from the Auto Zone in Yucca Valley and stopped in on the chance Monument Motors could squeeze us in. The gentleman at the front desk came out to see how complicated the replacement would be and if he had space in their schedule to squeeze us in. It was a convoluted route to get to the bulb, but he got out a tool and set to work on it right there. Within 15 minutes he had us back on the road with two working headlights! Thank you for their kindness and expertise!!

Excellent customer service from Justin and team at Monument Motors. Great communication throughout--- from diagnosing issue with my truck, providing qoute, odering part, fixing issue, and getting me back on the road. Price and time frame to complete the work were totally reasonable. This shop has a good reputation in the Morongo Basin and is busy for a reason. I appreciate the excellent and friendly service I had here and would be my first pick in the area when I am ever in a jam again or just need routine maintenance. Thank you.
