I recently had the pleasure of visiting Moped University, and I must say, the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. The employees went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, offering to teach me how to ride a moped on their own free time. This level of dedication and personal touch is rare and incredibly appreciated.

The staff was not only kind but also extremely informative. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I felt confident and knowledgeable about the mopeds. What stood out the most was that they treated me like a person, not just a transaction. This approach made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

A special mention goes to Daniel, the manager. His honesty and integrity are evident in every interaction. Unlike many places that try to upsell you at every turn, Daniel focused on what was best for me and my needs. His straightforward and sincere approach made me feel confident in my choices.

If you are looking for a place where the staff is genuinely kind, informative, and treats you with respect, look no further than Moped University. My experience was nothing short of amazing, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

They worked with me to get on another bike when there has been any issue they do what they can to make everyone happy. Manager there is great at problem solving. As always great experience overall. I have worked with them for over a year and several bikes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Quick service at the counter, friendly staff, and great prices. They'll give you updates along the way for any repairs. I bought my moped here 7 years ago and it has been running smoothly ever since because of this place!

This place is a scam I will not buy another Scooter from them! People go online you can find the same Scooters brand new for at least $500 cheaper! They don't have the titles to any scooters there they have to send away to China for them. I waited almost 2 months to get my title. The Scooter itself is falling apart from nuts, bolts, heat shield, top plate ect etc. I paid Cash and these people are not even willing to fix anything for free they'll charge you to bring it in to them. They don't even know what parts you'll need if you ask basic questions like what bolt size you'll need to replace the ones that fell out "Just Bring It In So We Can Look At It" for 4 bolts hmmmm I can turn a wrench myself and save the 85 or 90 per hour labor on something that shouldn't be losing nuts and bolts for only being 2 months old! Trust me find another place or go online for a cheaper bike of the same kind.
