I don't know how else to put this in words. But Moterra has been an amazing company to rent with. Their vans are top notch. They come with everything you need to eat, sleep, and explore.

We took a trip from San Francisco to Seattle and drove all the way up the coast. We had such a great time, the van did awesome. No issues whatsoever.

If you have kids, you'll love it. We fit two kids up top, and then one on the bottom bed with us. We had the Pop Top Classic.

One thing I will mention is about car seats. Two seats in this van have lap belts, and the other has a shoulder belt. So be mindful when booking and make sure your car seats will work with this type of belt.

Pick up and drop off were so seamless. The people helping us were so great and insightful. They even recommended a great place literally down the street from the Seattle location to get lunch.

This was our fifth trip with Moterra! Says it all, right? John was awesome helping us get the van checked out at pick up. The van was clean, well stocked, in wonderful condition. I really love traveling this way, and Moterra seems to think of everything we might need. I also love their overall approach - a company full of nice people who want to do right by their customers. Including free coffee at pickup and a really smart system where if you didn’t use all your camp supplies you can leave them for future campers. Also, having the van made getting into Yosemite super early a breeze. We’d drive in at 6am (no line!), park, and make breakfast right in the van before heading out for the day’s hiking. So much better than waiting in line for hours just to get into the park. Can’t wait for our next Moterra trip. Thanks!

We took our three kids in the pop-top plus across the Colorado plateau for two weeks. It was fantastic! Moterra had everything we needed, including enough room for 5 of us to spread out during our drive and sleep at night. Highly recommend for anyone interested in trying out a campervan road trip. We stayed at designated campsites as well as BLM dispersed camping sites. An incredible experience. Moterra made it all easy and fun!

We used the Moterra Camper Van company for 10 days in June 2024, traveling through Teton, Yellowstone, and Glacier National Parks. The itinerary service we used was excellent, but the quality of the van itself was terrible, including a large crack in the front windscreen directly across my line of vision. We had numerous other problems, some of which were quite serious, and despite several attempts to get things fixed, Moterra were unable to do this. Upon returning the van and reporting the problems we were assured several times that there would be compensation for the inadequate quality, but again, despite several communications to the company, no compensation was forthcoming. I would avoid using this company again.

This is our second trip with Moterra, and it won’t be our last. There are lots of options for campervan rentals out there, but nothing like this. Moterra’s vans are super clean and come stocked with everything you could possibly need for your trip…from cookware to bedding and chairs. They will even plan your itinerary and book campsites for you, if you choose that option. By far, the best way to do a camping trip.

Wonderful Experience at Moterra Campervans. Equipment was in excellent condition, packed with all the amenities that we needed. Trevor was awesome! He gave us a thorough overview of equipment before we departed on our adventure. Website and emails sent from Moterra also had helpful information for a great vacation. Lastly, The Moterra tesm was very communicative during our journey to ensure we knew timing and protocols for return of equipment. I’ll be back!

Great team and great van!
It was my first time to rent camper vans but from driving to camping everything worked out really well. Van its self is well made and equipped with all the needs for sleeping and cooking. I loved the pop up mechanism and lighting in the car. The name luxury is perfect fit for this van. We had two night in non RV site and one in RV site with hookups. We had no problem with battery and water capacity and felt like you could go for 3-4nights without hooking it up.
What’s also great about Motetra is their teams. We had problem at first place with not getting what we ordered but the team responded quickly and refunded extra on the same day. If you have question or concerns before the rentals they will respond within few hours. Renting a van ins t cheap options so those customer support quality matters a lot. And for that matter they went above my expectations. I would highly recommend to every one! FYI international drivers license worked fine with renting and insurance.
