I had an horrible experience with this business! First through amazon, when I ordered a specific model of the Fox Racing 180 Prix and got the the Revn instead. At first I thought that it’s a mistake, and I get It, people make mistakes so I started a returning process and placed another order with a different size (which was specifically mentioned that they have in stock) and guess what? Once again, i got a different model with a cheap apologetic note and a gesture of 15% off promo code to their website. You thought that was it? You thought wrong. At this point I figured I’d let it go and take the loss but I was also In the market for 2 gear bags so i thought I’ll had over to their website and see what they have to offer. Happily I’ve found the bags I was looking for, placed my order with the %15 i was given and approximately 12 hours later my order was canceled because apparently those gear bags are as well out of stock. At this point I completely gave up and writing this review now. Feels like i was fraud and being giving misleading information constantly. Not just that, when I tried to get help from Amazon support center and i told them that I’m not planing to waist more of my time opening a new returning ticket and i wish for them to pick it up they refused and not willing to refund my money unless I’ll do the work for them. I will NEVER support or buy at this store and I can only advise you to do the same and save yourself from what I went through.

Called no answer. Supposed to be open. Sign in window just says leave packages at postal store.
First time customer. Trying to buy some stuff. It’s a ghost town. This is Not how to properly run a business. And even if it’s desert season. You should leave a sign saying your in the desert. That’s desert rat rules 101 for store owners.

Awful costumer service and misleading information about what they do or do not have in stock! Super unprofessional and aggravating. Would not recommend to fellow riders!
