Had a chain that busted. Went from Burlingame to Sf looking at different bike shops. No one had what I needed. Thought I'd give this shop a try before I gave up. Super happy I decided to stop in. Marcus not only got me the chain but went the extra mile and sized it cut it for me. Really great service, coming back for all tune ups and fixes for my bike. Owner is very knowledgeable and will let ya know the issues with your bike.

Came here for an oil change and ended up building a friendship. Marcus was awesome to work with. He changed my oil and made other recommendations for my bike also adjusted things to my comfort that I didn't even know were adjustable. I'm a new rider off the pavement and Marcus did quite a bit of teaching. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. He seems to take his trade with a lot of passion and really wants to do good for the motorcycle community and beyond. You won't regret it. Not only was he professional, but he also made you feel like part of the shop.

If you're coming here for the workmanship 5 stars. If you're coming here for the customer service 5 stars. I've been here twice to get my bike fixed and both times I've been very happy. Marcus and his crew do great work and they are great people too. Give them your business. Highly recommend.

As much as I hate to admit it, I have been visiting this place for over 15+/- years with multiple bikes and multiple services (seems like yesterday). I have never been let down and will continue to go there as long as I'm riding.

I just met up with Marcus to get my 'new to me' 2000 SV650 inspected. He took the time to give it a good look through, take it out for a ride and give me his honest opinion. I know I can always go here without worrying about being told there is unnecessary work needed. He gave his thumbs up with a couple of tips that I can do myself giving me peace of mind.

If your looking for good, honest work on your bike, this is the place to go to in this area.

First and foremost my last review of motorcycle Madness was definitely incorrect. I have been bringing my bikes to this shop for years. And I am trusting them once again with my new bike without question!. The boss and his crew are on top of there game in every aspect.
( They Know there stuff). I have been recommending there services to my riding friends for any type of service. (nice tattoo shop as well)
I Highly recommend and trust them with somthing I care for my HARLEY

This is a great place to take your bike if you need repairs. The shop owner, Marcus, is very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. They have a good but small inventory of parts and etcetera, and there's a tattoo parlor on the top floor!!
