Chad is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The clutch went out on my Husqvarna 701, turns out it was a recalled part and Chad was able to squeeze me in despite a busy service schedule. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced quickly and I was back on the road in 2 days. Great customer service and a ton of parts in their shop. I highly recommend MPC for your KTM and Husqvarna needs. Thank you!

I love this place! I have an 04 and they ALWAYS have what I'm looking for when I cant find it anywhere(even online). Prices are competitive for a brick and mortar store, and I'd rather purchase from locals than buy online. Staff is always super helpful, very knowledgable, and never pressure me when I say, "I'm just browsing around looking to buy stuff I probably I dont need." Definitely go here, they're awesome!

Just an absolute disappointment. The customer service sucks. I had cash to buy any bike on the lot. After researching, ktm has the sweetest bikes, and i want a few different ones. Guess you have to be a regular customer, or maybe be all dressed up, to get customer service.

If you're new to dirt bikes and motorcycles you can find way better service elsewhere.

The guy that helped me at the parts counter today was arrogant and condescending he made me feel like I wish I never stepped foot in their door. Doesn't matter is you go to a bike shop restaurant wherever no reason to treat someone like that. Next time I need something from the dealer I will drive over the summit to Carson city

Great shop. This is a busy shop so sometimes you will not be helped right away because the employees are helping other customers. MPC strives for quality over quantity, which I appreciate. Matt and Chad are both great guys and are super knowledgeable about the bikes they sell and are not your typical "used car salesmen" that you will see at other dealers. I bought my 2021 GasGas EC300 here and could not be happier with my experience.
