Epic failure in customer service. I called to order parts needed for a bike that was not running. I was told the parts were in back order and I would have to wait one week for the parts to arrive from source. After a week I called back and was told it would be another week. I waited another week and then I was told the shipment was one short and my order was not filled, and the supplier was on vacation for three weeks. Rick did not offer any solution other than to another dealer. If you need any airhead BMW electric parts, used the west coast dealer, he always has the parts in stock and will ship same day.

I wish I would have done business with Motorrad earlier. He did an excellent job reviving my 1989 BMW air head and at a reasonable price. He went above and beyond my expectations.
