The service was very unclear they told me it would be done by the next day, then as next day came around it turned into 5 days. After I called and asked them if the bike is ready they said “nothing has been done to it we haven’t been doing any service” I will not be taking my bike here for any service and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Bought a tire from this store, and the guy told me it was a great tire that would survive for a long time, first time riding ONLY on dirt, and the tire is already starting to wear, and not by a little bit. I did a 20 mile in soft dirt, sand, and gravel.

(Will keep this updated as soon as the tire is bald, I think it will only take a few hundred miles)

Ubdate: tire was bald after 200 miles of riding "chill", I tried to only do big acceleration on dirt, and keep my riding very relaxed on the road/ minimize the road altogether, I'm on new tires from Amazon, cost about the same and are still holding up great after 500 miles

My son took his bike to Motozone because his “check engine” light was on. They changed the oil, put on one new tire, charged my son $400 (every penny he had), and when he went to ride home, the “check engine” light was still on. Find a different repair shop.

I called up to the store at 10:14 am on July 24, 2024 to ask about the Surron E bike this morning. The guy on the phone really didn't seem interested in talking about the bike.I asked a duplicate question for clarity and confirmation The guy acted like a jerk over the phone. It REALLY turned me off. That's not the way to bring in customers. I don't buy anything from people like that. If you don't like your job, get out of it.

Parts: I think I spoke to Scott who was awesome, highly knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Very helpful.

Service: $109/hr is very reasonable for a SoCal dealer. Initially was a little unresponsive/unhelpful, but ended up being professional. I can't comment on the quality of any actual labor/service work done since I do all my work.

MOTOZONE fixed my bike. Helpful and good prices. They have accessories like helmets, gloves, tires and more always in stock. If they don't have something you're looking for, they will order it for you most of the time with next day delivery. I recommend checking this shop (Motozone) first for deals, and work on all bikes.
