Mr. Care Medical Transportation was helpful and communicated very well. We needed gurney transport for my Mom who had a stroke and is paralyzed on the left side. Adam answered my call and gave excellent customer service. He took the information and called me back with a quote that was very reasonable compared to other ambulance companies. After that, we communicated via text to confirm the pick up and drop off locations. The crew was a few hours late on the pick-up date due to an unforeseen medical complication with an earlier transport but they let us know and kept us informed. I would recommend this company for your medical transport need.
