Few things beat the feeling of riding home from the dealer after buying your first bike. I bought a Triumph Speed 400 from Munroe Motors and the experience was amazing. I rode away from their dealership impressed with the staff's knowledge, genuine passion for motorcycling, and appreciative of how they walked me (a newly licensed motorcyclist) through the whole process.

But it was what came next that really impressed me. Like many newly introduced models, sometimes there are some kinks to work out. My bike had some mysterious electrical issues that landed it back in the shop a couple days later. Munroe undertook every effort to repair it; working daily with the manufacturer, swapping parts off other bikes, and keeping me updated all along the way. In the end Andy worked with Triumph to ensure that I got a brand new problem-free bike at no cost or stress to me. How often do you get to ride your new bike home twice?

The way they handled an unfortunate situation, the care and dedication they demonstrated to doing right by me, and their proactive work with Triumph to fix a novel new issue in a brand new model made me a customer for life. Thanks to the whole crew at Munroe Motors, from sales to parts to service for the excellent experience.

The team from Munroe is professional and thorough. I went in for an oil change/service on my Triumph Rocket 3GT. They were nice enough to point out my front tire was on backwards. (Thanks for nothing Spirit Motors). Also nice touches like cleaning the mirrors, instrument cluster, and even my helmet visor. Yes, the entire service definitely cost a few bucks, but its worth it to have everything professionally verified and serviced.

I recently took my V4 PP for the first service here. While there, they also installed the heated grips. They told me ahead of time that it’ll take a few hours, so I made plans to be in the mission for half a day. Their communication was spot on! I always felt like I knew what was going on, what they were doing and how long it was going to take. They explained that the v4 motor takes additional time to make sure the oil level was correct, which made me feel really good about taking my bike to them. I believe most places wouldn’t take the time to make sure that it was spot on. I will only trust Munroe Motors to work on my Ducatis! They use OEM parts and everything was done to OEM specs. Just the way I like it! 2 thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

I had been searching for a clutch basket for for my 14 f3 800, I called my nearest dealer here in Michigan was told I’d be lucky to see the part in 3 months if even at all, so 3 months later I call back and turns out they never ordered it and the guy I spoke to quit working there… upset I took to facebook and was recommended munroe motors by a guy in the mv group. Called and spoke to Judd over the phone he was super helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with getting right back with me about the parts I was looking for, turns out they had it in stock and able to ship it out right away to me. I’ll definitely just be calling you guys from now on to get any parts I might need. first impressions make a big difference I would definitely recommend munroe motors.
