DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received a misaligned left bag that couldn't close properly. Bags were bought through the companys website, I contacted the owner about the left bag not closing properly and paint scratches all over both bags. The owner refused the fix the bags and ranted like a tool about how I'm just another eBay scammer even though I have a receipt from his site.

I bought my wife Mutazu Universal Silver FY Motorcycle Hard Bag Saddlebags Fits Most Cruisers for Christmas because the product said that they would fit her 2007 Honda Shadow. We even put it into the shop and they couldn't get it to fit because of where the lights on the Motorcycle were. I requested to be able to return them, I received an email with a link to go pay for a shipping label to return the item. I paid it and mailed the item back. A month later I still have not received my money back. I have provided the tracking number proving that it was received by them and signed by their receiving department, but every time I contact them about the return I'm told that it has been requested and that is it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company, because if for any reason you need to return the item it's a fight to get the money back. I'm giving them a little more time to make this right and if they don't I will have to turn it into a legal matter. Save yourself this trouble and order from someone else.

Great bags, but the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Bought universal hard bags for my bike, one of the latches broke, I was told it would $79 for two little pieces of plastic. I could see $10 to $20 for the parts, they didn't seem concerned or helpful, just wants outrageous amounts of money for their parts.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! ordered a fender extension which we received damaged. Company told me no way it would have been shipped like that and charged me a 50 % stocking fee on a damaged item, o am pursuing this further with Amazon's complaint dept

Bought a part that specifically said it fit my harley. It did not the seller advertised that it accepted returns so no biggie except then the seller argued with me and sent me 5-7 messages daily accusing me of trying to keep the item and get a refund i opened a dispute i gave the tracking number in the dispute paypal and eBay both have verified that this item has been returned my money has been refunded and yet this seller is still accusing me of keeping the item. They have called my phone and are threatened to take me to small claims court the money was returned yesterday I received a harassing phone call and 6 messages today makes no sense the transaction is done they have their part back i have my money back so why the harassment?! Worst ebay experience ever!
