Napa is generally known as a reliable good place with knowledgeable mechanics. Not here two young “run down bad attitude dudes” Closed ears & flappy mouths” is how I could describe my experience in one ear and out the other. Would push my van a mile to avoid this parts shop.

Not only did they not get my name right, they ordered the wrong part. Even after confirmation. They called to tell me the part was in. I drove 2 hours for it and it was under a different name and was the wrong part. Absolutely despicable. The people working were less than helpful and seemed absolutely clueless. Will not be returning here.

It's napa, they have decent service, I go there for some stuff and for other stuff I don't because they aren't the cheapest for some stuff but they are for other stuff

Guy on the phone was rude and I was weighing out price option and time it would arrive and he just hung up on me so overpriced I fount the same item for 30-50 dollars online one day delivery difference and they wanted to charge me over 100

everytime i go into this place, it seems like it takes forever to get help. this particular location has very very slow service. they are either understaffed or just inefficient at service.

They had everything I needed, and they helped me remove the old part and installed a new wiper blade! Polite and helpful, what else can you ask for?!
