NAPA has had what i needed in the past, BUT...
Called to confirm they had batteries I needed and that they would install them.
Drove 20 miles. Selected brand, and as I pulled out my credit card to purchase, I asked them to replace the car battery to get 'core'. Was told by one of them, in so many words, that he could not be bothered.
Loyalty tolerates only so much - there are plenty of other, closer stores, and I got a better battery, installed, for less, elsewhere.
Bye, NAPA! You lost this loyal customer because of a lazy employee who misrepresented advertised service. No integrity.

Longtime customer will never visit again. This is after several times I have visited store but alot of the staff are very helpful. One member particularly is very rude and will yell and use fool language. I'm told I don't need to replace parts and hose and then being belittled as if I'm not knowledgeable of the job I'm preforming. Who ever is running that store should be ashamed of themselves. I hold a very high position where I work and that man would definitely 100% be looking for a job that doesn't work in Public Relations.

My battery died suddenly on a trip home. I went to Napa auto parts in Sonora and I couldn't ask for friendlier better service. They found the best battery for me installed it immediately and I was on my way.

Great service, friendly staff. Helped us professionally and with laid back humor. They didn't have the parts that we needed but ordered them for next day delivery. Definitely going there next time I need parts!
