Came in to check and see what brake pads, rotors, and calipers i had previously purchased here. Counter guy said they cannot look up past invoices and sales. Guess ill stick with Advanced Auto Parts going forward, they know what they're doing.

Went there today to buy a battery as I needed to jump start my truck just to get it there. Nice young man behind the counter said he could not help me install it as he was the only one there. He sent me down the road to Auto Zone. Wonder how many other sales are lost by not staffing this store.
