Came to NAPA literally right now at 4:18 the site says it's closes at 5:00 literally turned me away saying they are closing early today and won't help me. Meanwhile we are expecting rain and my friggen power steering went out for my dam kids car. U better I took my buisness elsewhere oh oh oh reilly rediculous!! I can't believe they wouldn't help me! Needles to say I came a few weeks ago they also sold me the WRONG gasket for my head gasket. Went back in very inconvenient in middle of being under car and what not to get the right part. Okay fine but now turning me away not only a half hour early but nearly 50 mins early!

Clean , associate took time to walk me to the section I was looking for (seatcovers), and took the time to show me exactly what I had to choose from that pertained to my specific vehicle. Their prices are reasonable and after ringing up my purchase the associate informed me if there is any problems, just come on back.

At 1st when I walked in it looked empty...even the parking lot.

When I walked inside there were 3 cashiers...a sweet young man got my parts & was out of there quick.

I even Borrowed their land line to make sure I was getting the right part👌👍💕

Great customer service. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend over AutoZone. I went at about 1:30 p.m. on a Friday and they had enough employees to make sure that everybody was taken care of.
