Some kid with a terrible demeanor was working the front desk. He gave me and another customer attitude for asking simple questions. He refused to help replace a battery because "that's kind of illegal stuff"
I can see why this place is never busy. I drive past it 3+ times a day and I never see a car in the parking lot.

Owner answered the phone vary uneducated on cars and when I asked to speak to someone who can help me more and knows what I'm talking about he hung up the phone. I called back asking to speak to a manager and he said with a vary nasty voice I own the store and hung up again.
