Great staff with a lot of experience. Especially helpful when it comes to finding parts for my classic 65 Plymouth. They seem to have more parts for classics at a great price. One clerk even trimmed wiper blades to make them fit on my obsolete old Chrome wipers. I felt that was above and beyond service that I haven't seen for many years.

Great place if you need good Auto parts. Knowledgeable people. Aaron who manages the place has been in the business for years if you need an expert he's the one to talk to. It might cost a little more than other places but you will get quality parts and great service.

This Napa Auto parts is the best. As is all Napa Auto's. I often go in looking for hard to find parts. These guys in Petaluma go the extera efforts to find it. Even look in the old books if need be. Santa Rosa is pretty good too. I'd guess all Napa Auto Parts in all are real car people

Friendly staff with great prices. The staff is very helpful Jesus and Kenny the manager helped and where very friendly and knowledgeable on what my car needed and explained everything so I was able to do it myself. Thank you for your help definitely recommending this auto part store

Let me start of by saying that the one guy that gave a bad review has no idea of what he is saying. Kenny Drew is not Kenny the manager of Napa. He obviously thinks only one person can have that name.

They whole staff is great and friendly! Kenny, Jesus, Luis have always been helpful! Love the Petaluma NAPA! ❤️

Needed a Sensor. Was given the wrong one. Came back to exchange next day and was told they don’t take back electrical parts. Told them this was on them and it wasn’t even used (couldn’t even fit truck). Exchanged it and then was charged 7 more dollars for part that does fit. Pretty disappointed

Go up
