In the middle of a project I went to the Napa Machine Shop for assistance and there I met Mark, I think he runs the place. Mark and his crew were very nice, professional, and quick with their work. Mark seems to have a wealth of wisdom in engine building and he was very kind in passing a bit of that wisdom onto me in the form of tips in how to finish out the rest of my project.

I cannot describe the great quality of the people that work at this shop, if you need help with engine work this is the place you need to go to.

Compared to franchise names like O'Reilly's or AutoZone, which are to be liked on their own merits, this Napa store has been around a long time and the people in it have been around a long time and they have forgotten more about automobiles then all the other younger guys have ever learned. And the machine shop here has been really excellent and hopefully will continue to be so.

Needed 4 head alignment dowel pins, no other auto part chain store had them. The machine shop only had 2, but took their time to find 4 I could buy locally. Could’ve just sold me the 2 they had, but focused on the customer, not just a sale. Straight to business, professional, and cared for customer. Never had better service than these guys.
