Very friendly staff. Went in to have a battery tested, and the employee took his time and tested it thoroughly. Doesn’t appear I need a new battery yet, thanks to his testing methods and honesty, but when I do need a new battery, I know where I’m coming to get that!

Great deals sometimes, but be careful because the prices listed on the shelves often mismatch, and some of the counter people can be very careless. Got rung up for 5 bottles of fuel treatment instead of 1, and I had to ask why the price was so high.

Great staff, top quality parts. Had all but one I needed, but they recommended another shop that had it in stock. A+ will come again. Prices are more than AutoZone/O'Reilly but it is 100% worth it because the quality is much better so they last longer and it evens out .

Some of these employees need a yearly or monthly customer service course, the lady and older gentleman wer very helpful, but the bald man with glasses and younger guy with a bierd and a backwars baseball cap omg rude and seem unhappy,. Will not return. I We'll give my business to autozone or O'reilly's any day.

Absolutely outstanding service. The battery in our CR-V died today and they sold me a Napa Gold battery, brought it out to me in the parking lot and even lent me the tool to install it. The attitude was, as usual, great. These are the reasons that NAPA has my business.
