My reason for giving this store one star is because, the person serving me seem out of touch with customer service, he seem slow and lethargic maybe it was early morning and he is not a morning person. Even though this maybe the case, when you are fortunate to have a job that will pay your bill bills you should be excited to get out of bed and get your head into it!!!!!

NAPA was the last good parts store. The guy at the counter was more into watching whatever was on his phone than helping out. I usually order parts online at Summit or specialty shops but figured since NAPA usually has everything and in better quality than other local stores I'd try there and maybe finish up the project same day. The guy asked me a couple of questions about the part that didn't have anything to do with it and then told me to go to the dealer almost without looking up from his phone. Summit had the part and it will be here tomorrow. Two stars for what they used to be and the fact that they still have good parts.. Not interested in sending a detailed email about the experience to NAPA, I've wasted enough time over this already.

This place still works under the stone age era.. no proof of purchase no service they was their hands by you loosing your receipt. We're living in 2022 not 1970 where not even police kept records as they do today. Even the corner autoparts store keeps records od their sells. This store has the worst service I've experienced in the last 25 years including the manager or even worst the store owner not to mention the smartest of all employees that started arguing with the paying customer.. will not recommend this place for any type od business the need to be educated as what to do in a simple warranty claim situation because they have no skills on the subject.

Came to warranty some 13 month old (warranty is 36 month, free replacement) batteries that won't charge. Heavy set employee claimed they need to hold the batteries for 24 hours to load test.

I called my local store and they said they never heard of it. Sounds like somebody doesn't want to burn the calories to actually help a customer, figures.

Every time I go here I always find exactly what I'm looking for and more and they're very helpful by putting the oil and the windshield liquid in the car for me thanks guys
