The employee was very quick to look up my car's wiper blade sizes, recommend the best choices in my price range and then find the blades for me. Even asked if she could install them while it was raining! Very happy with the service and selection!

I stopped by today at 5:05pm. The person at the counter was helping a customer, another employee was carrying her purse and obviously leaving for the day. She helped me find what I needed and even rang me up! She said, 'Yeah, I'm off at 5', but still helped me start to finish!

Worst customer experience I have ever had at any store period. If you want something to have a warranty go to Autozone or Oreillys where they actually know how to log customer transactions in their system.

This was my third time coming to this store because of a junk alternator they sold. First time for the initial purchase, then returned not long after that because it failed, they replaced it, then the new replacement failed once again within warranty and I had to return for my 3rd and last time.

This last visit the front desk lady had a bad attitude from the beginning like she was inconvenienced for having to help anyone. I don’t know if she was the manager or what but extremely unprofessional behavior for any retail staff. She “apparently” tried looking up my purchase in their system and then told me I was a liar to my face and that I had “never been to that store”, just because she couldn’t find a record of the transaction, according her.

After this experience I won’t ever do business with another NAPA chain store. Good riddance. My mistake and regret was buying any product from this auto parts chain in the first place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of name brand parts for auto & farm/ranch machinery. Order on line & pick up at store. If not not in stock can get quickly. NAPA parts are quality parts.

Well had to order a part from the warehouse but then they said it closed so they would get it overnighted from another store this was on Monday and still have not heard a word from them it is now Friday so I had to drive all the way to Benton to pick up the tool so I will not be giving them anymore of my time are money.
