Awful service from Jd Weber. If I had followed his direction he would have destroyed my Audi. He's the manager needs replacement He even came out to look at my car..video support. He could have corrected his mistake. I'm of Color of course he did this lin a very White town.
Initially asked for help regarding the lug nut needed to replace a 2014 beetle. He had no clue what to tell me do I bought and adjusting item that doesn't work. He said he had no clue to help. Again he's manager bye

I called ahead about a bulb I needed for my car. I gave year, make and model of my vehicle. I was not told that there was more than one option for my vehicle. I went home, took my car apart only to find that the part they gave me was wrong. I called and the employee said that there are options. Well, that’s great. Why wasn’t I told that so I could have either taken the old bulb out, called the dealer or looked online at their website? Now I have to return the wrong item and wait for a refund since I used a card. I was able to get the part ordered at a different store. They even texted me a picture to confirm it was the right part!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars, staff needs to be a little more friendly. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what on the two days I went there. Each person I dealt with was like that.

They were very nice. I needed screws to put my license plate on and they didn't charge me. I definitely will go to them for now on they really know how to treat people

It is my go to place for auto and some marine supplies. The manager, DJ, makes it worth going there. Extremely knowledgeable about everything and super friendly as well. If I need something and I drive by and don't see his personal vehicle, I will not go in until he is there.

Very Helpful, Knowledgable and Friendly Staff. I drive an older model Turbo Volvo and sometimes there are discrepancies between the owners manual and the computer at the auto parts stores when it comes to the necessary fluids. Due to the problems/damages that could occur by putting in the wrong fluids I become a bit obsessive when making a decision about what to use...Do go with the manual the computer or the employee that's helping me On this particular occasion I had 4 different employees all helping me at the same time Not once did they appear to be put off by my questioning, And I appreciated patience. One employee came out to my car to help me decipher the color of my antifreeze and yet another employee came out to my vehicle and was able to determine what type of power steering fluid was in my vehicle by the smell of the fluid. I was pretty impressed.

They saved me from total disaster. My truck a 1997 Dodge 2500 V10 developed an oil leak. It was the oil pressure sensor that leaked oil all over. I called first thing Sunday morning they answered the phone right away and to my great surprise they had the part in stock. I picked it up and within 30 minutes I was on my way back home. Thank you so much.
