Incompetent staff on Saturdays. I called for a part that was in inventory, the person handed me the wrong part. Then told me this is exact what I asked for. I looked on the shelf and the part I asked for was right on the shelf. I then asked for 16 gauge wire and the person said that part doesn't exist. I checked the website earlier and that wire is in inventory along with several other wires in different colors.
Now get this this is not only a Napa Auto Parts dealer but an established tractor sales and repair shop for years. Wire is one of the easiest parts to obtain except on Saturday when an Incompetent employee is working. I went elsewhere for the parts. Parts like these are so common I can drive to 5 different places on Saturday within 3 miles to get the parts. Monday through Friday I can get the parts from about 15 to 25 places with in 3 miles.
