Was halfway through a 2800 mile road trip and bought the wrong wheel bearing, still in box w reciept, ($300) at another napa the day before. This one had the part I needed, but would not exchange my wrong part for their correct part ($400). They said since this napa was independently owned, they had the discretion to do that. Furthermore, they wouldn't let me perform the work in their back parking lot. I had to find a different business a block or so away and get their permission to do the work in the street in front of that business. Once I had the other business' permission, It literally took me no more than an hour to do the work. I got totally screwed on the price of the part, but the fact that they had everything I needed is the reason they get 2 stars, instead of one. Once I got back home to Kansas, I found a local napa who refunded me the money for the wrong part that I bought from a different napa the day before the above mentioned one. This is not the way to earn business from travellers who do their own repairs on the road. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this particular napa left a bad taste in my mouth, despite having the part I needed.

They will come out & put new wipers on for you. I've seen them show others where parts go & explain how to work it. Customer service is the best!!

Awesome place. Mark and the other older fella know whats what and dont ask unnecessary questions like "what trim package and if its 2wd or 4wd" when buying wiper blades like other places. lol
