Won't warranty out a starter that's only a year old and has a lifetime warranty. Not buying any other Napa parts from any stores in the white mountains.

I really like this place, but I called to get some black pearl additive for clear coat, and it was like they didn't understand what I was talking about. I was told this was the place to buy automotive paint on the mountain, but they don't even know what black pearl is?

The fuel pump failed on my 1966 Corvette couldn't find one locally at the other auto parts stores. Went to Napa, found the correct fuel pump and ordered it. It wasn't in stock but they had one delivered in about an hour. Great service guys!!

This operation has it or will find it for you. Staff is very professional and unlike some other parts store employees, they are not left over burger flippers. They go out of their way to look up your part or suggest alternatives. Customer service is outstanding. A little higher priced but well worth it.

I was having a horrible time trying to find a left front axle seal for my 08 Toyota highlander. I'd called 3 other places and no one could find the seal I needed. The young lady that answered the phone for your store went above and beyond to help me find the right part. I can not put into words how much I appreciate her help. I was having the worst day, I was beyond frustrated but she completely turned my entire day around by helping me find the right seal and having it in stock already. Thank you so very much! Excellent customer service!!!!!

They have me the wrong part !I had to run to this place 3x! First time for a defective part (the economy line ) the twice they have me the wrong part and tried to tell me I don't have ABS brakes when I do! I know my truck!, better than they do! If i day give me a control arrhythmia for the drivers side that means left, NOT THE RIGHT SIDE! Some people shouldn't be allowed to work there cause they're just plain dunces.
