Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! They help me keep my old rust bucket running. I especially recommend this NAPA to any women who normally feel uncomfortable at car places.

I started going here when I knew absolutely nothing, and these guys were all so helpful and encouraging. Several of them work on car projects with their own daughters, and it shows. I call them my "Truncles" (Truck-unles).

They always have the correct parts and the workers have helpful knowledge to get me the right stuff for my car. If they don't have something in stock, they'll order it and sometimes it will be there the same day! That service is extremely helpful especially when you have a part pulled off your vehicle and you're desperate to fix it! They are a reliable staff and really know how to make sure you find the correct parts for your vehicle.

One of the last great auto parts stores. I love auto parts shops. They are filled with the hopes of repairing that broken car you have sitting someplace. The grease, oil, metal and rubber combine to an ambrosia of sorts for the nose. This place used to be super busy years ago when it was Woodland Auto and the counter guys we're fielding phone calls and telling delivery people take these parts over to this and that repair shop. Those days have gone but this place lives on and it still is reminiscent of a real auto parts place. So, go there buy parts, ask questions, rent the tools you need and get that car fixed. 🚘

More often than not they have the parts and/or accessories I need or can have them usually by the next day. I needed a blower motor for my 2008 F-250 Super Duty work service truck, they had an OEM quality NAPA Part that replaced the failed unit perfectly and at a very reasonable price of $103.00 plus tax. The counter staff are very competent and helpful. I've been working with Dave since 2004 for my vehicle repair parts and service needs for several different domestic vehicles and has yet to fail to deliver.

I go here to get parts for our cars, so that I can replace them myself, with help from the university of youtube. Today I needed a lightbulb for the headlamp of my 2006 Tacoma. Napa usually has the part I need in stock. Admittedly, with a Toyota and a Honda, I never look for anything exotic.

When I entered there were 3 associates at the front desk, and no customers. I stopped at the first one, who was a Hispanic male. He continued to look at his computer for about 20 seconds before looking up at me. His face showed indifference and hostility as he asked me "what do you want?" I expect a little attitude from the auto parts store, but this was more than usual. I told him what I needed, and he found it for me quickly. The price was ok ($11.50), and I was out of there in less than 7 minutes. But I had the feeling that I really bothered the guy.

Maybe I don't look like the type who works on their own car. Sorry about that. Will I shop there again? Yes. Will I get into a fight? I hope not.

Great place for parts. Knowledgeable staff. They don't seem to make mistake after mistake like O'Reilly. I've learned my lesson. Only NAPA for me!
