I ordered a starter last month. Wrong starter. It was defective. Ordered another one. Parts truck didn't come in on time. They said it will be here yesterday. Today still no truck. What kind of outfit there running here

Our shipment didn't arrive with everything needed to install. And the tools we need for replacing the product was ridiculously priced! (Renting the tool is the same as the tool itself!) Good grief!

Called the store, got a brake caliper for my 2005 GMC Sierra Part No N5280, paid 70.00 plus for it. It didnt fit, was told they can't take it back. No return no refund. Threw my 70.00 part in their trash can where it belongs. Car quest has my business never comikg back. Because I am a woman who works on my truck doesn't mean I don't know what I'm working with. DISAPPOINTING!!!
