Receiving my mobility chair was one of the smoothest processes I’ve experienced. It started with Celia, who coordinated all of the background work and kept me informed at every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening. My fitting appointment with Keith was so easy, quick and informative and I was surprised at how quickly insurance approval and delivery was after that! Thank you to you both and anyone else involved behind the scenes that I did not get to know, you’ve given me back the ability to spend time with my son outside again ❤️

I would like to share that after having the wrong chair ordered for my brother. Cindy, Keith and Calvin have all gone over and beyond to get the correct chair delivered and adjusted to my brother's needs. On delivery of power chair the agency that dropped it off just left. We were connected National Seating and mobility of Hayward to work with for brother's manual wheelchair and repair/fitting of power chair. I have learned so much from the team. Manual chair measurements were done and used for both chairs. My brother selected the color and the team ran with the order. Only adjustment needed was taken care of within 10 days.

Keith spent time with brother on training of power chair features.

I m currently working with team on an update to install lights on the power chair. I explained to the team the need for this owing to early morning appointments. The business office and Keith were able to draft an estimate and they presented to insurance.

We want to give our deepest gratitude to Buffy at NS.
The guy who was in charge of my son’s wheelchair quit his job at NS as soon as the wheelchair was delivered. We were left unattended with tons of problems. We could clearly tell he was uncomfortable from his moans and shifts in the wheelchair, but since he is nonverbal we were unable to help, leaving us feeling frustrated and helpless as parents. Daniel L. from the regional center stepped in and referred us to Buffy. I can’t overstate how caring and professional they are. Despite working with a nonverbal client , they teamed up to figure out solutions.
They are our heroes.

Today, Juan Avalos with NSM, made a house call to provide repairs to my power wheelchair. Juan was punctual in arriving, and was prepared with all the necessary parts. He fixed the issues with my chair in less than a half hour and gave me some wheelchair maintenance tips. I appreciated his friendly, yet knowledgeable manner and am happy to be a NSM customer. Went to the Hayward, CA office to have some work done on my Quantum Q6 wheelchair. JUAN, the tech, was GREAT. He completed the work very quickly. He was also very pleasant and helpful. He made sure we were satisfied before we left. The work Juan did was ordered by ATP, ROBERT who took a lot of time to determine all that was needed to effectively rebuild my chair.
My recent experiences at NSM have been excellent! From assessment to ordering parts to getting insurance approval to installation. I couldn't be more pleased and recommend them for wheelchair repair.

This is my rating of Juan A, who delivered the wheelchair, demonstrated and explained it's functions and answered questions. He was very thorough, courteous, and good at explaining and answering questions. The delivery service that Juan provided could not have been better! I did have issues with other earlier, aspects of NSM's service not related to delivery.

I have been getting excellent customer service from NSM's Hayward office. Cindy, who is the lead there, has been great at following through on my new wheelchair order. There have been a bunch of questions, which is normal for such a purchase, and Cindy has been able to figure things out and stay on top of things to get me my chair as soon as they can.

The level of service was incredible. I am amazed at the quality of the wheelchair that was provided as well as the incredible attention to many many details so that the wheelchair is a perfect fit and of the exact design needed. I was especially impressed by Keith Schwartz whose help was off the charts. He even managed to loan us a wheelchair while our custom wheelchair was being built.
