Thoughtless service. I called near their store and asked if they could fix my flat and they said yes. I walked my bike 2 miles to be denied service because they dont work on my particular kind of bike, and didnt want to get their shop dirty. LOL They happily sold me a tube for 16 dollars which was apparently from target and sent me on my way with no help. I walked to a nearby gas station used makeshift tools to get to tube on and managed to get almost home before the tube gave out. Mind you, i checked the tire for any debris that could have caused the flat but it was just a cheap tube. Cheap tube, overpriced and not even half-a55ed service.

Its very simple to change a tube. Less so without proper tools. Changing a tube is the same regardless of all bike types. 10 minutes of their time could have saved me a heII of a lot of a stress. Thanks for nothing, hope these m0ronic baby boomers go under. 1 star because i cant rate 0 stars.

Edit: as e bikes, regular bikes, and gas bikes are identical in changing tubes, and i told them on the phone i have a motorized bike, i would hardly call that "failure to disclose having a gas bike" it seems a poor excuse to decline service because they dont want their shop dirty.

I've posted a lot of reviews in my time. Rarely do I wish I could add a sixth star? With these guys, I wish I could add a 7th. Let me explain. I had bought a used Himiway bike after doing much research. I was absolutely loving my purchase until it left me a couple of miles away from home and just died. The people at N.E.R.D Scooter were absolutely amazing. They were able to completely diagnose and fix all my issues, including some that I didn't even know I had. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their supportive, friendly, competent, and extremely professional care and service.

Got a bike from them brakes never worked most of the nuts and bolts were lose took it back the mechanic said it was fine so I took it to moon got it fixed and it is now safe to ride
