This has been one of the worst experiences getting service. Alex in the service department ordered the wrong rear tire for my bike. The mechanic still installed it and sent me on my way. When I realized it was wearing down my fender I knew something was wrong. My bike was also considerably slower. After having them order the correct tire I made the mistake in having them do the service. There are now multiple and very new chips on my wheel. Also, the 2nd weight they had to reinstall was placed diagonally. I don’t know how this service department hasn’t been shut down by KTM or BMW.

The folks here are great. Both the sales and the service team.

I've purchased a few bikes from them and they have always been extremely reasonable. The service cost is in line with the market, they won't price gouge you and they are transparent. Most of my experiences here have been great. While no place is perfect, I've had a couple issues that came up with a recent service. After they heard I was unsatisfied they reached out and offered to go over the bike, which they did, and showed that they genuinely cared about the quality of work they provide. I'll write that incident as a one-off and I look forward to positive experiences moving forward!

Here's what happened:
After receiving my bike from service I've noticed a lack of attention to detail that doesn't inspire confidence.

Driveshaft boot not secured properly, crash bar bolt very loose, abs wire not secured, and trim faster loose... among other things.

Came down to look at a motorcycle and was greeted by friendly staff! Their knowledge of the motorcycle was great. There was no pressure to buy just wanted to get to know me and what excited me in a motorcycle! Would recommend anyone looking for a place that cares about you and making sure you’re getting something that fuels your passion in a motorcycle!

I purchased my 2nd bike from New Century Motorcycle. At delivery, KC gave me a chance to open the crate and take out my brand new bike! It was a very rare and satisfying moment.

KC, Karen (Sales) and Alex (Service) are all very nice and honest. Since my purchase, I used to go to the New Century BMW Motorcycle very often to ask whether certain BMW motorcycles would be a good upgrade for me. KC and Kare both honestly express their concerns, as they know well about my motorcycle skills. They do not want to sell something I cannot handle or would be happy with. If it was a different dealer, sales people would not have cared.

The parts and service team are also very helpful and reasonable. They would not recommend any unnecessary services.
Their hourly labor charge is competitive to other BMW motorcycle dealers in SoCal.

If I buy another BMW, I will not even bother to look elsewhere. This is the place to go.

Was looking for a KTM 390 Duke. Worked with Karen Rickman. Really upbeat and informative! I emailed first and got quick and accurate info from Karen, which was refreshing. New Century has a lot of bikes in stock. Went in and walked out with the bike shortly after. Pricing was excellent (best of all the dealerships) and the process was really easy. I had visited four other dealers that stock KTM, but I got the best deal right off the bat from Karen at New Century Motorcycles. Super orange! Highly recommended! Gotta save up for a beemer!
