I usually rent a car at the airport but after I had many bad experiences with rental companies at the airport. I decide to rent one in Korea Town at this time.

When I contacted New K-Town rental car , they responded immediately and the process was very smooth.

A manger even picked me up from the hotel to get to the rental place. !!!!
Great price and very kind staff are a plus.

You also don’t need to wait the long line at the airport!!

The car condition was amazing and very clean
I will definitely come back to new K town rental car when I visit LA next time. !!!!

Thanks to the rental service of New Ktown, Kyle Kim, I could enjoy my weekends with the brand-new sedan model which is so clean and comfortable. I saw some review here and tried to contact him by phone. He was all ears and suggested a solution for me with the reasonable or cheaper price than other rental company.
I'm impressed with his attitude and skills of communication. He faced me politely and respectfully and also worked on the whole process from the rental to return with high responsibility and honesty in a nice and friendly manner.
I'm totally satisfied with the rental service with New Ktown Rental Car. If I have a chance to rent again, definitely I will visit here again. In addition, I will refer him to my family and friends as well. I really appreciate his help and kindness. I won't be able to forget his smile.

Best rental car experience ever. I rented Camry 21' for five days and was satisfied by the service I was offered by Kyle (the manager). He was professional, friendly, and quickly responded to my inquiries. Most of which, the rental price was reasonable, and you can save money from renting a car from here, compared to renting a car at LAX. He also provides pick-up service to the airport upon request. So, if you're looking for a rental car, don't hesitate and contact Kyle for the availability.

Great car rental place! Their cars were new and nice, and they offer pick up and drop off services, which is very rare! They also explained traffic laws in LA, which can be very helpful for out of state visitors, as it can be confusing sometimes (turning left on yellow light, and etc). Overall, it was the best car renting experience I ever had!!

I needed a rental car while my car was getting fixed and New Ktown Rental really exceeded all my expectations for a rental car. 1. Getting my rental car was fast and easy. 2. The car was brand new and was super clean. 3. Other places like enterprise or hertz all have a long wait for rent and return but they don't! 4. Price was GREAT. No hidden fees and charges. 5. Customer service was AMAZING. 6. Location is in K-town which is super close to my house. 7. I can go on and on about how great my experience was, no wonder they have great reviews and are highly rated! Highly recommend.

My wife had my car in a bodyshop for repair while I was in Vegas for business trip. A staff actually came to airport to pick me up when I arrived from Vegas with mask and face shield on. The rental car I got was brand new hybrid Sonata and the car was CLEAN! It was nice to rent a hybrid car since I did not have to spend much on gas. Whole rental process and experience was smooth and perfect. The best part was the staff! Kyle help me with whole process from arranging pick up to returning the car. Whole process was so quick and there was no time for hassle. If I get to rent another car in LA again, I am going back to this guys. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy that I found them. Couldn't rent a car at the airport so I called them. The young owner came to my hotel to pick me up. Rented a Camry. Super clean n perfect condition. Had it for 10 days and just returned. Again, he gave me a ride back to hotel. Just awesome deal and wonderful service!! Recommend to everyone!!!!
