I was working online originally with Michael Garibay who put me in contact with Ernie Silva for when I was going to actually come and look at the car. Super nice staff there, professional, and thorough, enjoyable all the way through to the end signing docs with Martha Quiroz who was great as well. Do not take your vehicle here for service, they are horrible with communication. They never answer your call and rarely return phone calls. We live 2 hours away from where we broke down on August 16th and my friend who lives in Bakersfield had to drive to the dealership and hand the phone to the service people for us to actually speak to someone. My van needs a new fuel pump and is still under warranty and I was just told that it still hasn’t been approved and they have to send in more videos and pictures…why? They already sent pictures and have had the van for almost 3 weeks now. is it because this store has tried to scam warranty before? Sounds like it.

Then the person I spoke to today at the dealership basically said I should be thankful that they gave me a loaner vehicle because they don’t usually give loaner vehicles until the repair Is approved. I don’t care about the loaner vehicle I pay $600 a month for a vehicle that fits my family of nine and they gave me a vehicle that does not fit my family they gave me a vehicle that’s fits 7 and I should be thankful? NO! Do not take your vehicle here unless you don’t want it back in a timely manner. I currently have a case with consumer affairs and even she said they don’t answer their calls. Horrible way to run a car dealership.

Then I went to Nissan of Bakersfield. I talked to David topete about my problem. And he right away help me with my problem. I really appreciate him to be there for me when I need it hem.
