This place is awesome, Alexis is awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable in the products. Not only do they sell all The NIU products, they also service them as well! I got the XQi3 to beat the high gas prices and constant fighting for a parking spot. If you’re looking for the same give Alexis a call he will be sure to take of you.

Great service I got a new bike, was walking around and stumbled upon a unique store.
The service was very helpful, they taught me a lot about the bikes. Ended up buying a bike that already has 200 miles on the odometer in 2 weeks, absolutely happy about my new purchase. I went in last week and had a chance to demo the electric scooter. They are very fast and incredibly smooth! I had not experienced an electric scooter! Alexis was very knowledgeable and also very helpful during the demo ride process which was super fun. I went back this week for it, great commuter bike!! Easy financing!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I can’t speak highly enough of Alexis. My husband and I bought an electric scooter in 2021 and we recently had some items we needed addressed. I called the Niu store and Alexis was prompt to return my call and even fit diagnosing / fixing our bike issue when he was on a trip up to LA. Never expected the level of client service we received. we whole heartedly recommend working with Alexis- he is a real stand up guy!

Got my rear tire replaced on my KQi2 Pro. They quoted me a price before the work started. The final price was exactly what was quoted. The staff was easily reached by phone and professional. As I lived close to the shop, they even delivered my scooter to my home when they were finished. Will definitely go there again for all my NIU needs!
