Big surprise here, a dishonest mechanic shop! So I took my scooter in after many attempts to fix it myself. It was sputtering badly. They told me something I'm my carb was broken and I had a short in my wiring. Charged me 180 bucks to put a butt connector on a wire with a tiny bit of melted insulation, (not a short) and they turned my fuel air mixture screw about 2 turns. The next day it has the same issue so I let them know and they said "well it ran when you left". Their mechanics seem like drug addicts and they don't know what they're doing and the owner doesn't care about customer service. Don't take your machines here. It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days.

very poor quality scooter, large vibrations on the front wheel, very high fuel consumption (40 miles per gallon, the seller stated that the consumption is 100 miles per gallon (when asked to fix the faults, the seller refused and behaved very rudely, I am very unhappy with the purchase. I do not recommend. ..

Overall, I would five star this place for service. Don’t expect it done immediately, it will take some time. However, they do amazing work. Highly recommend.

I bought a scooter from Nor Cal and two electric bikes. I reviewed the comments concerning fuel mileage of the scooter. I too asked Jim how many miles to the one gallon tank and he stated about 100 miles, due to another customer complaining they only was able to get 50 miles to the tank. I filled my tank up after 91 miles and still the fuel gauge was in the red, I'm sure there was nine miles left. I drove this scooter hard for the first 50 miles, heavy on the gas. Funny thing, I didn't buy the scooter for gas mileage, I have a electrical vehicle for that. As far a customer service both individuals in the sales room have been great. The mechanic is also easy to talk to. Hey people, this is a motorcycle shop, not Macy's. Get over yourself, these are hard working guys with little time for making sure your feelings are taking care of. I have called them twice since buying my scooter and they were great and talked me through my questions.

Their customer service on the phone was great (I called about a brake and light inspection). They even had someone who could come to their location for a vehicle vin inspection. I needed to put a blinker on my bike and they had someone do it prior to the inspection. All in all it was one stop shopping. I will definitely call them for any future needs and will do business here again!!!

I came in looking for a particular scooter. Great selection of retro looking scooters difficult to choose a color however I settled on the blue and white. Very helpful, informative and honest guys. Customer service was top notch. If your looking for a retro style scooter at great price this is your place!
