I had a great experience selling my bike on consignment with Freddie. I was about to move to the UK, so my time was quite limited—I literally had a flight the next day. I'm glad I didn't have to worry about handling the motorcycle paperwork. They managed to place it in the showroom and find a buyer within the set timeframe.

One thing I didn’t know is that consignment is done in increments of a few months, so I recommend calling ahead to learn about the details. The way they performed all the necessary checks and services before handing the bike to someone else gave me confidence that the new owner would have a good experience too. Overall, Freddie and the team communicated very well and created a smooth, positive experience.

First time renting. We've always hauled our own bikes but decided to rent and fly to San Francisco from Minnesota. We're so happy we found Nor-Cal Cycles!! They were so easy to work with from online booking to picking up the bike and returning it. Nini and all the staff are awesome!! We rented 2 bikes for 11 days... saw so many beautiful parks!! Friendly staff. Nini took the time to explain all the details about the bike (incl. how to fill the tank) and patiently answered my questions. They also have a restroom that you can use (only if you're a buying/renting though).

I wanted to test ride the bike for a while before being confident enough to take it out. Henry got the bike to the back where we can ride the bike in a loop. They waited there to ensure I was confident enough while I did my loops.

They also showed me some routes I can take to join the freeway.

This place (& it's people) is a gem. I will definitely be back here for more riding.

Nini and her colleagues at Nor-Cal Cycles have all been genuine, accommodating, and attentive. They run a professional service and are knowledgeable with a wide choice of bikes. Their Triumph Bonneville I rode was in excellent condition and presented no issues, a real delight to ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles via Pacific Coast Highway 1. Overall great experience! Walked in for the first time and saw they had great selection of motorcycles. Fred had assisted me with purchasing my first bike. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to educating me based on my needs as a new rider in which led to me selecting my first motorcycle. Also, very professional, quick and painless process and within a few days was able to take my bike home. Very glad to have worked with him!

Overall great experience here. First time renter, seamless process and very simple. Henry gave me a full brief on the bikes features and made sure I was comfortable on it before I left.
