Can't say enough great things about Justin, Rick and team. We finally upgraded our shop truck in December '20 and we knew we needed a few upgrades. Justin and Rick were very patient as we needed to be educated on wheel offsets, lift kits, suspension, etc. Both Justin and Rick delivered on every promise they made and turned our shop truck into a head turner!!! We're stoked on how it turned out and it rides like a dream!!! Thank you NorCal Motor Company!!! We will be back for more stuff!!!

Came here to get the truck I've been looking a long time for. Got a fair deal on a nice truck. They took care of a wheel issue while we waited and got us lunch. Shop is busy and seams to have good deals on truck performance gear. If I lived in the area I would be a regular customer, thanks Rick.

I have tried calling this place and nobody EVER answers. The recording says the following;

"for Rick press 1, for Justin press 2, for the business office press 3" ----What ? ---- Who the hell is Rick or Justin I don't need the business office, I simply wanted to speak with someone about my new truck and wanted to spend thousands of dollars on upgrades, suspension, wheels, etc. I left a message for either "Rick, or Justin" and still have not received a call back. I have given them ample opportunity to reply. They have not!

This is the most bizarre phone greeting for any business I have dealt with in my life! Have someone answer your phones, and if you can’t have a greeting that identifies what business you’re in, like…. For truck sales 1, for parts or service 2, etc. Can’t believe I have to write this.

Will spend my hard earned money elsewhere, Rick, Justin and Business office !

Absolutely wonderful experience buying from Justin and Rick. Drove 3 hours with the intent on leaving with the truck I've wanted for years, and Justin was persistent and diligent on getting the deal to go through and make it happen through some hiccups on my end. NorCal Motor Company did a great job with the BDS lift for my Ram with Air Ride suspension. Most local shops didn’t want to touch the Air Ride system, but these guys did it. Almost 2 years with the lift, with zero problems.

Dropped by because I was a bit concerned about my front tires wearing faster than usual. Upon arriving I was greeted by Justin. He took his time to clearly explain the importance of having a routine for tire maintenance on lifted trucks in order to prolong their life. I had service from two other chain tire-&-wheel shops that evidently lacked the knowledge and experience to advise me on the importance of rotating my tires. As a former customer of theirs, NorCal still cares about providing great service to their customers even if it’s 5 years from the time of a truck purchase. Greatly appreciate their customer service and can’t wait to get my hands on another one of their sweet trucks in the future.
