Went in today to pick up my car from a service. The service was fine this review is not about that. When leaving the dealership I noticed that there was a crack on my windshield that was not there when I dropped off my car yesterday morning for maintenance.

I went back to let them know that there was a crack on my windshield that was possibly caused by them when they were doing the maintenance on my car. The manager told me that it couldn’t be their fault. I then ask her if I have windshield repair coverage so I can just get it repaired and she proceeded to tell me that I do have windshield repair coverage but, they’re not going to repair my windshield, even though I pay for the coverage.

So I would like to know why is it that I pay an extra fee on my car note to have coverage on my car. But then you would tell a paying customer that you won’t honor their active coverage.
