If you’re looking to buy a Hyundai, this store location is the way to go. It seems to have the best prices and a stellar sales team that makes you feel comfortable. My fiancé and I had tried a few dealerships and didn’t plan on stopping here but are so glad we did. Their salesman Scott greeted us as soon as we walked in and took the time to answer all of our questions without pressuring us, which was helpful and reassuring. The next day we came in and met with Alex who was ready to show us the different cars we were considering, and he was already informed of our discussions with Scott, which made the experience seamless. Things were straight to the point and once we discussed numbers they seemed to have the best deals compared to other dealers where we shopped around. I appreciate that they don’t mark up the prices, and the salesmen and finance team were a pleasure to work with. We were looking to buy an SUV and ended up with a 2025 hybrid Santa Fe. We absolutely love the car and have no regrets with our purchase. If you come here, be sure you ask for Alex or Scott!

I recently had my oil changed at Norm Reeves Honda and I was really impressed with the service. From start to finish, everything was smooth. The scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, explaining what would be done and how long it would take.

The waiting area was comfortable, with free shuttle service to and from the local mall every 10minutes. The oil change itself was done quickly, and the service advisor even suggested a repair, which I appreciated. The price was fair, and I didn’t feel pressured into any additional services.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return for future oil changes!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars, especially for the manager who walked in the middle of our discussion.

I had a great experience with the sales agent, Anthony. He explained everything about the car, payments, and other details thoroughly. We were impressed with how professional and helpful he was. After reviewing the quotes, we told him we needed some time to think and would come back the next day with our decision. Anthony was understanding and fine with that.

However, later, a manager (unfortunately, I don’t know his name) approached us and questioned why we didn’t want to make the purchase that day. We explained that we needed to check our insurance quotes and decide between leasing or financing. Instead of understanding, he assumed we weren’t being honest and spoke to us in a sarcastic and rude tone. His attitude made us very uncomfortable, and it was nothing like what we expected from a place like this.

We genuinely liked the car and had planned to return within a day or two to make the purchase. But after the manager’s behavior, we no longer want to visit this store. Don’t we have the right to take time to make such an important decision?
