Been shopping for a new Ridgeline for a couple of weeks and most of the dealers in Los Angeles were playing games - low price but a bunch of adds and extras that I did not want and jack the price past the savings.
Norm Reeves did none of that. No unneeded adds, warranties, etc. My sales guy was John Gomez, great guy, straight up, no bs, lies or hiding things. The deal was exactly as he promised and was quick and painless. I drove over 40 miles to buy the truck here and it was worth it!! A+++. Other Honda dealers should be ashamed compared to Norm Reeves.

Jason and Andrew were a pleasure to do business with! My husband and I arrived at the dealership, and Jason was there and made himself available to me right away. We took a car to a test drive. This was an unpleasant car buying experience.
I bought a brand new 2025 Honda Pilot here. It should have been a happy thing, but it started my repair career. I bought it on March 5th. It has been raining all the time. On March 8th, the rain stopped and I found that the center console kept making noises when the car was driving, and the driver's door also made noises. I drove here to make an appointment for maintenance, but they asked me to go back and make an appointment by phone. I contacted the salesman who sold me the car, named Jerem, but he didn't answer the phone or reply to the message. A lady named Alisa made an appointment for me. On March 13th, I brought the car in for inspection. During the inspection, they found that the screws of the audio rack were loose, and they opened it and repaired it. After driving it home for two days, I found three problems again: 1. I heard noises from the sunroof, 2. The trunk glass was clamped with exposed wires, 3. There was a cover on the left side of the trunk. After opening it, the foam inside was broken. On 3/20/2025, I drove to them for inspection. They confirmed the problem and asked me to come for repair on 3/25/2025. As a result, they could only replace one part today and need to come later. I was very upset today. My new car had to be repaired again and again. I went to the manager of the car sales department and asked him if I could return the car or exchange it for a new one. He refused and only agreed to fix it for me. During this period, a salesperson asked me why the trunk was broken? Why did you open it? You should ask the car dealer why it broke. You should explain to me why the new car I bought broke. I couldn’t find it without opening the trunk. It was because I opened it that I found it was broken. I should be angry. I spent more than 60,000 US dollars and bought a car with problems.
