My gentleman has been getting work done on his bike for a couple of years now at this place. Never really had any issues until these last couple of times. So the last time they had the bike and when he got back nothing was done that he paid for over 2K for so not even a week later, he brought his bike back. He wanted to know who worked on his bike and was told the guy was no longer working there due to negligence. The owner Greg has always been nice and respectful but honestly it's some sketchy people working there.

This last time today we go to pick up the bike from the negligent work that was done last time and was told a different price and then was told if it wasn't paid they would put a lien on the bike. The guy Bobby who answered the phone was very rude and was disrespectful on the phone. Talking he deal with people like us all the time. Even when we called asking for Greg he wouldn't put him on the phone and hung up a couple of times as well. When we got to the shop everybody in there had weapons in their pocket like they were ready to cause havoc over a bill of $800.00 that it wasn't an issue paying but it's the principal more than anything. My gentleman paid the bill but as both of us being disabled veterans who served honorably, that's not the way you treat people and their business. I mean the area alone isn't friendly for somebody that look like us yet to get second hand service and treatment was very disheartening and hurtful. Because it shouldn't have been that way with customers that are paying and thus far built a solid relationship with Greg. It's about the disrespect.

This is a great shop. They actually have to shop open for you to actually see them working on the bikes. They are very professional at what they do. I've seen other shops, that are unorganized and nasty.
