North Bay Shuttle was outstanding and by far the best car service I have had. I travel a lot for work and utilize many car services, north bay shuttle is on time, quick to adjust schedules, has a sense of urgency when on a time crunch and overall provides a tremendous service. It beats any Uber or Lyft and it’s a better price. Sam was great, he understands his way around the north bay better than anyone and I would recommend him for anyone who is in that area. He gets the job done right and will always get you to your destination on time.

The best shuttle service serving Marin County & Sonoma. Emil, is the best, he picked us up at 6:15 am on the dot. He is super friendly, funny and a great driver. These vans are huge, clean and comfortable. This is a family owned and operated business that operates like a machine. They are always on point and very reliable. We prefer to support family owned businesses vs supporting corporations.
I would highly recommend this shuttle service to and from the airport!

Driver showed up 20min late for an early morning pickup and was not apologetic. The drive from Sonoma to the airport was incredibly stressful given the timing delays. Van was old and uncomfortable. Unhelpful and even rude customer service. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the reduced rate.

Over the years it has become more difficult to get to an airporter stop down on 101 from the hills of southern Marin. Cabs flat out refuse a 3 mile ride, and Ubers are often unavailable, even when booking in advance. Forgoing the airporter and booking direct to the airport hasn't helped. Needing a ride late Easter morning I decided to try North Bay Shuttle. What an awesome experience! Driver was a few minutes early, which I appreciated, professional, and friendly. Will use again

First experience VERY positive! Pick up exactly on time (4:15am), return pick up at 1am also timely. Both drivers personable and attentive. Cars very clean. Also excellent communication to confirm times w voice mail and text messages. Way to go, gentlemen!
