Definitely my worst experience purchasing anything new. I purchased a brand new Beta 390 from them in the fall of 2024. I paid extra to have it delivered to me since i live several hours away because I did not have the time to go down to their shop and pick it up, I figured they would have looked it over and inspected the piece of equipment knowing that I am stretched for time and paying quite a bit extra for it to be delivered. What was delivered was a bike that obviously was not checked before it left their showroom floor. It was leaking coolant and from the conversation i had with Beta headquarters there had been a service bulletin issued to all Beta retailers on that problem. I contacted the owner of the this store who sold it to me and he told me I should just go ride it and see if it will seal itself up, I didn't want to ride the bike and it blow up or something, I was so so frustrated with the whole experience that I just wanted to return the bike un ridden for a full refund, the owner of this establishment would not go for that basically it was my problem at that point to fix a brand new piece of equipment before I could go out and enjoy it l, paying what I paid for it. And when I contacted Beta headdquarters they said absolutley do not ride it until the issue is fixed! It really irritated me! Beware, it seems this business is all about making maximum profit as the owner of the business did not offer any help on a financial side of getting my bike back to a dealership for the repairs, I wasted my money and time having to take a brand new piece of equipment back to a different dealer closer to me to have it worked on and fixed. The other dealer even said things were put together incorrectly such as the after market muffler! I will be purchasing brand new bikes in the future but not from these folks, buyers beware! If I were the owner I would have at least offered an in store credit if not just allow the customer to bring back the unused piece of equipment.

Northstate Power Sports is my go to motorcycle dealer. I just had my third fabulous purchase here. I was looking for a particular model of Honda when I went in. As it was recently put on the market they didn’t have the specific model in stock. Joseph explained the differences between the next closest model they had to the one I was looking. This confirmed I definitely would want the model they didn’t have. I also was wanting to get the bike in a small window of time. Looking late on Thursday and hoping to pick it up on Saturday for a surprise. Joseph threw himself into the challenge calling other dealers to source the bike. He kept me informed of his progress and the next morning he had finally located the bike. It was delivered to Northstate late on Friday. Went through inspection by the Northstate shop gurus and I was able to pick up the beauty during the noon hour. The Northstate team deserves ten stars for going the extra mile. Joseph personally helped out loading the beauty into the truck bed. He even checked in a few days later to see how the surprise went and the reaction of the recipient.

I have been to a couple different dealerships. Found this one looking for a beta and out of all the dealerships I have been too this is the best one by far. Awesome customer service very very friendly employees, made feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Will definitely be making the 4 hour drive to purchase again! Just bought a 2023 beta 300rr for myself from joesph at Northstate powersports. He gave us a killer deal on it couldn't pass it up. Transaction was smooth everyone there was friendly. This was my 2nd bike i bought from them this year. Would definitely do business with them in the future!
