Good luck getting anyone to respond back to you. It’s been over a month of calling and emailing and haven’t heard anything back. That Robert guy is the most digesting unprofessional person i’ve ever had to deal with. Refuses to pay for damages they caused. Already have a court date set and hope this place gets shut down.

This place is so unprofessional they have absolutely no idea how to run their business. The workers are a headache and miserable. They do not care about their clientele. One employee will tell you one thing and then you can talk to another employee and they will completely disregard what you were told.i would rather walk from california to florida barefoot then ever have to experience with their rude and unprofessional behavior ever again. They took our belongings out the car (did not get them back when we got the car). And decided to “make” a new key and made us pay over 150 dollars for something they did NOT make. (They told us they had to make a new key which is why we had to pay, which was later found to be untrue). if you are getting your car from here I suggest you roll one before you talk to them because trust me you’ll need it👍🏽 if i could give this place -0 stars I absolutely would! The only positive thing i have to say about this company is

This is the car I bought last time I was there. It was less than $2200. Not bad huh and clean as can be. 15 years old and looks almost like New. I can help you get a good price at this Dealer Only Auction. Just read the questions about this place. Or look at the pics to find me.

They open at 9, but it's already 9.30 and no one can give out car keys. If you are going to pick up your car on the weekend, make sure that the keys are with the security guard because the office is closed.

Office staffs were friendly aside from the dude prowling the parking lot asking why am I taking pictures, too late. Enrolled my cars into auction was quick process.

Completely unprofessional. They damaged my car while towing and have given me the run around for WEEKS- If you call, the receptionist desk immediately routes you to someone that they KNOW (“quality” manager Robert Freidman) doesnt return phone calls or answer their phone, nor respond to emails in a timely manner. I’ve been trying to resolve this with them for over a month, and they wont give you an appointment if its regarding vehicle damage, so they also wont let you into the front lobby. Genuinely the worst company I’ve had to interact with in all of California.

This place is a joke! They steal stuff from your car.. and then make excuses as to where your stuff is.. had my car for one day and all my change and dollars were missing from the middle section as well as my ray ban glasses, my iPad and pencil and my iPhone charger! They are not handicap equipped either so don’t come to this place with out your own chair.. they have lil bean bag stools that hold a kid maybe.. no chairs for adults! I was there for almost an hour and when I asked for a chair the receptionist said I had to use the bean bag stools.. excuse me? You see me disabled and have nerve to tell me to use a bean bag stool not even a chair They are almost to the ground.. there were chairs in a dark empty office and she refused to let me use one…crazy.. receptionists are rude and stand around and talk about you! By the way thanks for leaving me my pennies .. still no belongings.. filing a police report! Theft is theft
