I recently purchased a 2022 Street Bob in May, and I must say that my experience was largely positive. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Jason and the staff took exceptional care of me. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me find the perfect bike. I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire process.

However, a couple of months after my purchase, I encountered an issue: the taillights fell off, causing some damage to a few parts of the bike. I was understandably concerned, but when I brought it to the dealership's attention, they were incredibly supportive. After a thorough investigation, they determined that the problem stemmed from the previous owner and not from anything I had done.

The team quickly arranged to replace the damaged parts and fix my bike at no cost to me. Their willingness to stand behind their products and take responsibility for the oversight was impressive and truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Love this place wow is the first thing I thought when I walked in to the showroom beautiful bikes all around the whole place and a different section for each . I can only assume that each one has great people working there but I was only there for the purpose of buying a new helmet and the girl that helped me was just perfect asked me what I needed and got me fitted and set up in no time I think I was there maybe ten minutes and another satisfied customer can wait to go back when I buy a new bike .
