Worst parts company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to stand behind their products. I had an OBX timing gear that the teeth stripped off of. I was very fortunate to catch this before something catastrophic happened (2JZ engine which is interference). Look at the pictures yourself that I attached to this review and make a decision if you would ever install an OBX product on your own car.

Pretty terrible company. I ordered a KV5014-250 muffler that my fabricator has used for years. It's listed as having a 14.5" long muffler body. What my fabricator received is a 17" long muffler body. Even worse, since my fabricator has used this exact model muffler for years "KV5014-250" and has a documented assembly he already prepped it and cut the input tips off, it wasn't until further into production that the muffler being incorrect dimensions was identified.

Thinking this is an obvious defect, I called up OBX Racing Sports to inform them they have a defective run and also to receive the correct part. I spoke with a young man (I forget his name) and he told me that since they use different random suppliers for their mufflers they sometimes "just turn out shorter or longer mufflers". I reminded him this is a specific part number part they make with very specific dimensions listed, I literally said "So they can deviate that much off of the blueprint for this part number?", he replied "yes that's right, sorry, please return it to wherever you sold it."

Well guess what, the seller I bought it from "Racing Part Depot" DOESN'T ACCEPT RETURNS!!!!!!

So I'm pretty much screwed since this company has negative quality control and doesn't seem to think it's a problem. What's the point of making any specific shape part if it just comes out different each time

The worst company in the world! Horrible quality products and even worse warranty and customer service. They will not stand behind defective products. My headers on my F350 Super Duty warped so called OBX asking for help. First off they refused to even talk to me until I sent in a copy of my invoice. I tried to ask why he would not help get things going and they accused me of trying to pull a fast one? So the next day after providing them the receipt they said that they did not have a warranty registration for the headers in my name so they will not help me. I was never given any warranty forms when I purchased these headers. I even offered to pay for the one side that was defective and they said no they would not provide and parts without a warranty registration. Again that was never given to me with the purchase! I have never been treated so bad by a company that I purchased a product from in my life! Mean while I pleaded for help because my truck is stranded at the shop. I even told OBX that my truck was stranded at the shop multiple times! After multiple messages via Phone and Email they will not return calls or messages any longer. I had no choice but buy a whole set to replace one header? Avoid this corrupt company at all cost!!! They are crooked and will screw you with no remorse!

Stay away from this place, they cannot weld at all! I bought one of their manifolds and it started leaking within week of installation where the tubes merge into one. Impossible to weld and turns out to return as well! What a bunch of crooks!
