Just bought a couple bikes here. Very knowledgeable and helpfull throughout the whole process. My girl and I were very pleased with the customer service here. Price is high but you pay for what you get, tons of knowledge and experience.

The staff is very friendly and got my 2 flat tires fixed fairly quick. They did charge quite a bit though. I was fine with the price until their work on my mountain bike caused gear issues and repetitive chain falling off. The gears and chain were fine until taking my bike to them. Now on the front set of gears shifting up actually shifts down and I can't be in first gear without a grinding noise which didn't happen until after taking my bike here. Aside from that they are very knowledgeable on new and old bikes and very friendly. I just have to take my bike somewhere else with better prices to fix a problem I didn't originally have until after simply having this shop replace two popped tubes.

These people know their stuff. Prices are a little high but considering you have access to items you'd have to drive out of town to acquire it's understood. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They're able to do repairs and give you a estimate so you can decide if you want or need their services. Go and just browse around make your own judgement.
