Ramiro in the print center was a HUGE help to me this evening! I had made an error with timing my print order and asked if there was *any* way he could help me get it printed in a timely manner. He was patient, considerate and respectful in assessing how big the project was and what could realistically be done. He agreed to help me and I was SO thankful! His manager Rob was also encouraging and happy to support his employee in going above and beyond. Thank you guys!

My experience, with the OfficeMax Printing Department was extremely disappointing. I placed an order expecting it to be ready, in a few hours. It ended up taking several days. The staff was very impolite and uncooperative. It appeared as though they lacked expertise. The prints turned out poorly—colors were inaccurate images were fuzzy. Some pages were cut incorrectly and/or torn. When I requested a refund or a reprint they shifted the blame onto me making the entire situation incredibly frustrating. I have decided not to use their services and would strongly recommend others to avoid this place. The level of service provided was truly unsatisfactory!

Their printing department is probably the worst in existence. Don't know if the employees are just not trained or just don't care but the quality is horrible. Also expect long wait times. Every personal experience and everyone I have talked to has agreed and had similar experiences. If you are needing anything printed, anything at all, check out Crisp Imaging on Grand Ave, as well as the three (3) other print shops in town. Stay FAR FAR away from Office Max.

I visited the store in Arroyo Grande in Sept 22nd near Food4Less. Store staff and associate was very nice and attentive to my needs. Was in to purchase a type c to type usb cable and associate knew where it was located right away and able to also check me out quickly.

Since the pandemic, the floors in the Arroyo Grande, CA store are filthy! I have talked to managers and corporate and still nothing has been done. The filthy floors need to be professionally cleaned and polished. Office Max- GET YOUR FLOORS CLEANED!! You currently are an embarrassment to our community!

Received and experienced the best customer service of my life today at this store. The Office Manager showed great compassion to a recently widowed elderly woman and amazing kindness to me and other customers during my 30 minute time at the store. I received what seemed to be his total attention even as he multi-tasked to efficiently serve a stream of customers. I will not only patronize this store more but will highly recommend it to others!

Employees are all at the front of the store. I used the printer and the paper is a much less quality at this location than others. All of my prints had a faded line across them and smeared ink as well. I was also looking to purchase a few other items I was not able to find, none of the employees asked or offered any assistance at any time while I was there. Not a "did you find everything ok?" or anything. I would not recommend this business location. Other locations are much better.

New to this area. Came in for office and shipping supplies. Meet with Anthony and asked if he knew of a fedex drop off nearby. He mentioned this location is a drop off and before I asked, he told me the hours fedex ground and express show up. Clean store perfect location. My new go to store.
